A seminar will be presented to First Coast Community Credit Union on December 8th 2015 at 10am, on the dangers of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and mitigating actions which can reduce risk, including suggested policies, procedures, and forms. The program is designed for Credit Union administrators, compliance officers, and personnel working directly with consumers, particularly in marketing and debt collection.
