Andrew Houchins joined the firm in 2008 after receiving his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, magna cum laude. Mr. Houchins practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, creditor bankruptcy, debt collection, and foreclosure litigation, working with creditors to recover assets through the replevin and foreclosure processes, collect outstanding debts through a variety of techniques, and navigate the ever-changing bankruptcy process. Mr. Houchins is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
