The foreclosure department of Rush, Marshall, Jones and Kelly, P.A., represents lenders throughout the State of Florida in residential and commercial real estate mortgage foreclosure actions, chattel foreclosure actions, deed in lieu of foreclosure, quiet title actions, and lender litigation. Most matters are handled on a flat fee basis. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service, while meeting or exceeding lender time requirements.
The goal of the foreclosure department is to minimize lender losses by aggressively acting to recover collateral, obtain payment, or restructure the loan.
