Robert S. Hoofman practices in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and creditor's rights, including replevin, foreclosure and also has experience in appellate practice. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Mr. Hoofman is a past Chairman of the Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and has served as a speaker and prepared seminar materials on bankruptcy and foreclosure topics, has coauthored various articles concerning creditor rights, and served as a law clerk to the judges of Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal before entering private practice.

Mr. Hoofman received his law degree from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1979, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 1976. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Texas Bar, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Orange County Bar Association.
