Rachael M. Crews
Rachael M. Crews practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, replevin, debt collection, and all other aspects of creditor's rights.
Ms. Crews was the recipient of two Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Awards for high achievement in the areas of Comparative Financial Distress and Financial Instruments, and was awarded the David Duncan Wallace Award for superior academic achievement in the study of History while at Wofford College.
Ms. Crews received her law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2004, and her Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Government from Wofford College , summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in 2001. She is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
