James C. Hinckley James C. Hinckley practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and business entity formation. Mr. Hinckley is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of the Florida Bar. He is a former Estate Tax Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service (1972-1973). Mr. Hinckley received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1972 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Indiana University in 1969. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and New York, the United States Tax Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Law Section) and the Orange County Bar Association. |
