Robert J. Watson, Jr

Robert J. Watson Jr. practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, consumer litigation, retail and commercial debt collection, creditor bankruptcy, and family law.

Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on the subject of post-judgment debt collection, including Lorman's Judgment Enforcement in Florida, and the Florida Credit Union League Collection and Bankruptcy Annual Conference. Mr. Watson has been an adjunct professor of Torts at Southern College.

Mr. Watson received his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1997, and his Batchelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1994. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
